Our Cat Memory Wall is a reflective space to honour and remember cats who are no longer by our side, and the love that never truly leaves us. Each message shared here holds a special memory of companionship, and the lasting bond between people and their cats. Your sudden and unexpected passing has left a huge hole in our hearts. We were your third home in 3 years and we were such a good fit together. You had the quiet home you needed, and I had the best companion I could ask for when ill health meant I was home so much. You made our first home together all the more special. Whilst always a nervous cat, your personality grew. You were highly vocal and you were our shadow, wherever we were, you were there too. It took 18 months before you became a lap cat, and from that day on, you were never off our laps. You loved chew sticks, cat grass, string, tissue paper, hair bands, watching David Attenborough programmes, belly rubs and being groomed. We will carry you in our hearts forever sweet boy. We love and miss you so much 🐈‍⬛🐾 Rebecca and Stephen

My beautiful, intelligent Mrs Suki. You had a difficult start to life but you settled in and I think (and hope) you had a good life. I miss your snuggles and your grumpy little face and I wish I could give you one more of your beloved cat yoghurts! Sweet dreams my sweet, beautiful girl ❤️

Our beautiful Meowgi. We knew you were the one as soon as we saw you at the rescue. Little did we know you would give us 15 years of loyalty, love and companionship. By our side throughout everything, births, deaths, house moves - you were the reassuring presence I needed. I will miss hearing your (loud!) meow, sitting by my side as I played piano and joining me with every midnight bathroom visit. I hope you know just how loved you are. You were happiest when we were all together, as was I. I will forever miss you xx

Oreo

Our sweetest girl, Oreo. She is often shy to others, but was our little ball of joy. We live busy lives, and she would sit by and stare. She would cuddle with us when we become free. We watched her grow from a little girl to a grown cat, and she never left us. She chose us in times even when we were busy with work. And she chose me for her final moments. Thank you for your companion. Thank you for all the memories, Oreo. We miss you dearly.

Chewy

Our sweet boy Chewy suddenly passed away age 8. We had only had him for 3 years but his passing has hurt in ways we could never had imagined. He was a loyal and loving cat, and was sweet and gentle towards our new-born baby girl during the short time they knew each other. Chewy would meet you at the door when you got home from work with a meow and demanded to be picked up and cuddled. He was so curious and inquisitive and loved investigating new things coming into the house, especially all the new baby products we had bought which he thought were for him and loved sleeping in. We will forever miss our Chewy/Chewbert/Chewbuerto or whatever name we had come up with for him that day. I truly feel like I have lost a best friend. We love you Chewy, so so much xxx

Bella was a beautiful cat, so full of life, loving and sassy. She was resilient, loved being indoors and outdoors, had her treats just before bedtime every night and adored relaxing in her oriel bay window which was laid out especially for her. She was taken from me far too soon and suddenly and I miss her so much. ❤️
