Make a difference to cats by volunteering with our Cats Protection Education team.
With the support of Community Education Officers, our education volunteers promote and deliver carefully designed, interactive talks, share cat welfare messages and help everyone to better understand cats.
As an education volunteer you’ll develop new skills, make new friends, and help improve the lives of cats and kittens across the UK.
We have several volunteer roles in our Education team:
Our education team leader and virtual speaker roles are home based. The education speaker role involves reasonable amounts of travel to deliver face-to-face sessions.
“Volunteering and being part of the Education team is such a lovely thing – from the support of other volunteers around you and teachers who find they learn things during the talk, to the five-year-old who runs up to you when the session is finished and tells you how much they’ve enjoyed it. “Best day ever!”, one child said. You need to be aged 18 or over to volunteer in an education role.
