We’re making a better life for cats, but we can’t do it alone.

Small cats. Big cats. Pet cats. Wild cats. We’re here for all cats. Our vision is a society where every cat has their best possible life because they are protected, cared for and understood by everyone. And that includes our pet cats’ wilder cousins! To do this, we’ve teamed up with other organisations to improve animal welfare for cats big and small.

Saving Wildcats

Saving Wildcats is a European partnership project dedicated to Scottish wildcat conservation and recovery. They aim to prevent the extinction of wildcats in Scotland by breeding and releasing them into the wild.

One of the biggest threats to wildcats is hybridisation. This is when wildcats breed with unneutered domestic cats to create hybrid offspring. To tackle this, we’re working with Saving Wildcats to trap, neuter, vaccinate and return (TNVR) feral domestic cats in Scotland, and promote responsible ownership of pet cats.

The Big Cat Sanctuary

The Big Cat Sanctuary is a globally recognised centre in Kent, dedicated to the rescue and conservation of big and small wild cats. We’re partnered with them to educate the public on the similarities and differences between domestic and wild cats, including behaviours, diet, territories and environmental factors. We’re also the headline partner for Big Cat Fest 2026, delivering expert-led talks and education.

Wildheart Animal Sanctuary

Wildheart Animal Sanctuary is a charity dedicated to rescuing exotic animals from cruel and abusive situations across the globe and providing a safe haven for their rehabilitation in their sanctuary by the sea on the Isle of Wight.

We’ve teamed up with them to highlight the issue of cat hybridisation. Hybrid cats are produced by cross-breeding domestic cats with wild cats such as Servals. Despite often being sold for thousands of pounds, these hybrids do not make suitable pets, as it is impossible to give them what they need in a domestic environment.
