Want to have some fun while helping to make a better life for cats? Join us in Bridgend to put your nerves to the test with a firewalk!
Challenge yourself to walk barefoot across a 20-foot bed of red-hot embers and raise funds to to help make a better life for cats.
There is a registration fee of £25 and we ask you to raise a sponsorship commitment of £120 to help make a better life for cats.
Or if you’d prefer to raise whatever you can, you can pay a £55 registration fee to take part and have no sponsorship commitment.
We’ll be with you every step of the way from sign up through to the firewalk event itself! We’ll provide support and ideas to help you exceed your sponsorship commitment.
No previous experience is necessary. The minimum age to take part is 14 years old on the date of the event. If you are under 18, you will need your parent/guardian to register on your behalf and proof of age will be required on the day.
We ask that people aged 14 or 15 have a parent or guardian present at the event.
Full firewalk training will be provided from instructor Karen Sterling from BLAZE, who has safely guided thousands of people of all ages over hot coals.
As a charity, we rely solely on your generosity and kindness to enable us to go on caring for cats and kittens. Taking part is the perfect way to challenge yourself and raise money to help cats in need.
“I absolutely loved the challenge, and it was great to meet other people from other branches. The team spirit was fantastic, as always” Jill Clark NCAC firewalker.
