In memory of Wilbur
Wilbur came to me through my bottom floor flat while I was recovering from a serious illness. I woke up to find 2 cats laying on my bed. I always left my window open back then. I let them out but it kept happening. Then Wilbur started coming on his own. He was only about 2. I asked who's cat it was and never fed him. His owner said it was ok he went round everyone's. I still never fed him but he always came. Then one day his owner said to me they was moving and he wouldn't like It. A few days later I was asked to take take of her little man. That was 14 years ago. Wilbur came to me when I needed him most, he chose me. Our life was centered around Wilbur, he was the child I never had. In his younger days he was a large boy and king of his cul-de-sac. Unfortunately, he would catch live animals, the mice, birds, moths, a voile, bars and a baby hare. His character was what made him. He loved everyone he come into contact with and in return he loved them back. He taught me to love unconditionally and not shut off my heart.
