From clothes and bric-a-brac, to blankets and towels. If your unwanted items are still in good condition they can really help us to help cats!
Find out more about what, and how, you can donate to Cats Protection below.
We have charity shops all over the country that raise vital funds to help the cats in our branches and centres. We rely on your generous donations to keep our shops well-stocked with lots of pre-loved treasures, so we’re very grateful to anyone who would like to donate to us.
Not all of our charity shops will have the same needs for stock donations – some might need clothes, while others may need accessories, games and other items. Before bringing stock donations to one of our shops, we would recommend getting in touch with them first to ask what they need and where to leave your donations. You can find the contact details for your nearest charity shop online.
Some items our shops might need donating include:
Please make sure your donations are in a good condition, not broken or stained and are still useable. Remember, not all of our shops will need everything on the list so it’s best to get in touch with them first!
Occasionally our branches and centres may need some extra donations to help the cats in their care. Our centres are also partnering with local organisations to help cat owners during times of hardship to access food for their cat. Our Community Kitty scheme enables us to provide donated cat food to community partners tackling hunger and poverty. This is an opportunity for us to support owners who may find themselves in a position where they are concerned about having to give up their cat.
Get in touch with your branch or centre to find out if they need anything.
