For the foreseeable future, we are continuing with our virtual homing approach, with one small change, our centres will be offering visits by appointment – giving you a chance to meet the cat you’ve been matched to. Collection of your cat will usually take place by appointment from one of our centres or branches across the UK, but in some circumstances we may be able to deliver your new cat to you. This is to ensure that we can continue to help home as many cats as possible by matching them with their perfect family.
Find out how to adopt a cat with usOur ability and capacity to take in cats may vary across the UK due to the local situation. We will arrange an appointment for you to drop your cat off with us. In some circumstances we may be able to arrange collection of your cat.

Our shops have been open from 12 April (England and Wales) and 26 April (Scotland) and are following national and local guidance across the UK.
To keep our volunteers, employees and shoppers safe, we are implementing the following measures in store:
To find your nearest shop, visit Find a Shop.
We’re always grateful for donations and really appreciate the generosity of our supporters. We’ll be putting procedures in place in every shop that is open to ensure we can accept, process and store donations safely. If you’d like to donate to a shop near you, we’d recommend phoning the shop first to arrange a drop-off.
If your local shop is closed due to regional or national restrictions we ask that you please hold onto your donations until we are able to receive them. Items left outside shops are at risk of being damaged through weather conditions or stolen, so we ask that you kindly donate to us during trading hours.
We are continuing to provide high levels of care for the cats in our branches and centres.
