Get ready for a feel-good partner dance night for a great cause!

Book your tickets here!

Join us at The Cellar on Aberdeen’s Rosemount Viaduct for Summer Daze.

A feel-good night of dancing in support of Cats Protection. Whether you’re into salsa, bachata, modern jive, or just want to give dancing a go, there’ll be something on the floor for everyone.

No partner? No problem! Come solo or with friends, this is a welcoming space where someone will always ask you to dance. It’s the perfect way to start your night out or try something a little different.

What can I expect on the night?

Expect feel-good music (curated by local dancers), a licensed bar, and a free mini glow stick station on arrival to glow up your look.

Bring along some spare change for a round of Push the Penny (you could win a special prize!) or dip into our lucky dip of fun little surprises, both just £1 per entry.

Is there an age limit to attend?

You must be aged 18 or over to attend

Do I need to bring a partner?

No, plenty of attendees will be coming solo. However, please feel free to share this page with friends so they can buy tickets too!

Do I need any dance experience?

No. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or stepping onto the floor for the first time, we just want you to have fun, it’s not about being perfect. Just bring your energy and enjoy the vibe.

What is Push the Penny?

It’s a classic Scottish party game where participants stand in a line and push their £1 coins across the dance floor towards a prize. Whoever’s £1 coin is the closest wins the prize! Then we sweep up the coins and add it to the donations.

Why should I support Cats Protection?

As a charity, we rely solely on the generosity and kindness of our supporters to enable us to go on caring for cats and kittens. This event for Cats Protection is the perfect way to have a good time while also raising money to make a better life for cats.

I've got a question - how can I get in touch?

You can email NEYSfundraisinghub@cats.org.uk and our Fundraising team will be more than happy to assist. You can also call Katherine, Community Fundraising Officer for North Scotland, on 07436 631 910.
